Work location: Germany (on-site rotation system)
Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines.
As an HSE Specialist (m/f/d) in wind farms, you will play a key role in ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards during the construction and installation of the concrete towers.
This position offers stability and predictability:
- Work exclusively within Germany
- Rotation systems for on-site work: 3 weeks on / 1 week off and 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- All costs related to your assignments (e.g. accommodation near wind farm sites, rental car) are fully covered by Nordex
What is required?
- Experience on a construction site
- A driving license valid in Germany is required
- Residence in Germany is mandatory - Relocation support is provided uopn acceptance of an offer

YOUR TASKS
- Coordinate and monitor HSE measures during the installation of hybrid towers
- Review and verify HSE documentation from subcontractors (RAMS analysis, HSE plan review, training matrix evaluation, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements on site
- Conduct HSE inspections on construction sites and with subcontractors to ensure safety
- Ensure that construction and installation activities follow HSE guidelines and influence adherence
- Perform quality control and apply safety standards directly on site
- Support the identification and resolution of safety-related issues (e.g. anomalies or deficiencies in occupational health and safety)
YOUR PROFILE
- Certified qualification in occupational health and safety
- At least 2 years of experience in construction and knowledge of machinery inspection
- Proficient in HSE-specific software
- Understanding of construction processes (materials, systems, and workflows)
- Knowledge of national HSE regulations and application of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Very good English skills; German is a plus
