As an HSE Manager (m/f/d), you will coordinate all activities related to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment within the Project Management organization in Germany. Your main focus will be on construction sites, where you will act as a trusted partner and advisor to project management. Serving as an interface between Site Management, external service providers, and customers, you will oversee projects from kick-off to commissioning. We place great importance on providing a thorough and well-structured onboarding process. In addition, you will participate in regular meetings, contribute to the further development of our HSE management system, and take ownership of smaller projects. You will also receive strong support from the entire HSE team.
Ideally, you have completed training as an occupational safety specialist, complemented by additional qualifications in quality, environmental, or health management. We strongly encourage job-related professional development and expect a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
YOUR TASKS
- Organize, conduct, and document site inspections on Nordex construction sites
- Advise and support all stakeholders on construction sites in all HSE-related matters
- Carry out incident investigations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HSE programs and the continuous improvement of the HSE management system
- Implement HSE customer requirements
- Prepare risk assessments and RAMS documentation
- Participate in internal audits and follow up on HSE improvements and corrective actions
- Attend meetings with customers, external service providers, and authorities
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a technical or industrial environment
- Experience as an Occupational Safety Specialist is desirable
- Formal education in occupational safety or a technical field
- Knowledge of quality (ISO 9001), environmental (ISO 14001), and health & safety (ISO 45001) standards
- Excellent command of German and English (both written and spoken), Polish language skills are an advantage
- Strong team spirit, self-organization, and excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to travel frequently and for extended periods to construction sites, wind farms, and service locations across Germany
- Physically fit and certified to work at heights (valid GWO certificates preferred)
