Group Lead Technology Improvement (m/f/d)

As a Group Lead Technology Improvement, you lead strategic improvement initiatives that drive quality, performance, and operational excellence across Global Service. You are responsible for managing a team of project professionals while ensuring the successful delivery of complex transformation programs, improvement projects, and cross-functional initiatives. Combining leadership, project execution, and change management, you play a key role in driving sustainable business impact and continuous improvement across the organization.

 

YOUR TASKS

  • Lead and develop an international team of Project Managers and Project Delivery Specialists, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
  • Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of complex projects, programs, and strategic improvement initiatives across Global Service
  • Define project scopes, objectives, KPIs, budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project execution
  • Drive portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and capacity planning across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops, alignment activities, and decision-making forums with global stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalation topics across project and program portfolios
  • Promote operational excellence through continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, best-practice implementation, and sustainable change management

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Several years of experience leading complex projects, programs, or transformation initiatives in international and cross-functional environments
  • Proven leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing project managers and project teams
  • Strong background in transformation, change management, process improvement, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, project portfolios, and resource allocation in dynamic matrix organizations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership
  • Fluent English skills combined with a structured, analytical, and results-oriented approach to problem-solving
