Global Sourcing Manager - Service Spares (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers in mechanical systems
• Develop and implement global commodity strategies with internal stakeholders
• Align sourcing strategies across production, local offices, and spare parts management
• Coordinate supplier activities across the value chain, including projects and service delivery
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and localization strategies
• Lead price and capacity negotiations to secure best-in-class conditions
• Manage tenders and RFQs from selection to contracting

YOUR PROFIL

• Degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering
• Initial experience in purchasing, ideally in wind industry
• Strong interest in international environment and new challenges
• Responsible, service-oriented, and independent working style
• Reliable team player with good MS Office and SAP skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Business fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
