As a Global Pricing Manager, you will shape pricing strategy and pricing intelligence for international wind energy projects while supporting Sales teams in making informed commercial decisions. In this role, you will combine market and business analysis with the development of modern pricing and analytics solutions. You will work closely with global Sales teams and key stakeholders to optimize processes and enable data-driven decision-making.

 

YOUR TASKS

• As a Global Pricing Manager, you support international Sales teams in making strategic pricing decisions based on market and competitive analysis
• You analyze customer business cases, performance indicators, and commercial drivers to identify pricing factors and market opportunities
• You collaborate closely with Sales and other commercial functions to identify and maximize value creation opportunities
• You design, develop, and own AI-powered pricing, reporting, and commercial analytics tools
• You automate existing pricing processes and replace manual Excel- and email-based workflows with efficient digital solutions
• You prepare market analyses, reports, and recommendations to support global pricing and sales decisions
• You train users on the effective use of the tools you develop and promote their sustainable adoption across the business

 

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in Pricing, Sales, Sales Support, Project Procurement, Product Strategy, or in developing solutions for commercial teams
• Experience building and maintaining production applications and implementing reliable technical architectures
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling, as well as practical experience with Power BI, SQL, and data analytics tools
• Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, structured business data, and automated workflows
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Dataverse, and the Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot Studio and Power Automate
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to independently translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
