Global Mobility Specialist (m/f/d)

As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will manage international assignments and mobility programs across a defined portfolio of countries and regions. You will work closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, Tax, and external providers to ensure a seamless employee experience while maintaining compliance with global mobility requirements. In addition, you will contribute to the continuous development of Global Mobility through process improvement, digitalization, and strategic initiatives.
YOUR TASKS
• Manage international assignments across multiple countries and act as the Global Mobility expert for assigned regions and stakeholders
• Coordinate assignment planning, mobility packages, cost projections, approvals, and documentation throughout the assignment lifecycle
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Tax, and external providers to ensure compliance with immigration, tax, social security, payroll, and labor law requirements
• Advise managers, HR teams, and employees on global mobility policies, international assignments, and mobility-related processes
• Support the development and implementation of Global Mobility policies, governance frameworks, and standardized global processes
• Drive process optimization, digitalization, and mobility technology initiatives to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience
• Monitor assignment data, reporting requirements, regulatory developments, and mobility risks across the assigned portfolio
YOUR PROFILE
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Management, or a related field, or equivalent qualification
• Approximately five years of experience in Global Mobility, International Assignment Management, or International HR within a multinational organization
• Proven experience managing international assignments and advising stakeholders across multiple countries and regions
• Strong understanding of immigration, personal income tax, social security, payroll, and employment law considerations related to global mobility
• Experience collaborating with external mobility providers and cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Fluent German and English language skills; additional languages and experience with mobility technology platforms are an advantage
