Global Commodity Manager (m/f/d) Hybrid Towers

As Global Commodity manager for Hybrid towers you will have the global responsibility within our global sourcing team of contract management of hybrid towers for any Nordex project. This global function will have a strategic understanding about company needs and shall ensure best in class management of supply chain in order to reach best possible agreements with our suppliers.

YOUR TASKS

• Responsible and accountable for procuring and negotiating Hybrid towers globally
• Maintain, develop and own commercial relationship with global suppliers of hybrid towers
• Coordination and managing sourcing/procurement tasks of new tower developments of hybrid towers
• Risk management and risk reporting of the projects
• Develop strategic partnership agreements to guarantee best competitive terms and conditions with supply chain
• Fulfillment of budgets and improvement of profit regarding hybrid towers

YOUR PROFILE

• Technical background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, industrial or economical engineering
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable positions/tasks
• Very good knowledge of project and procurement management methods
• Several years of experience in contract management
• Fluent English and German language
• Convincing manner towards external and internal parties
• Experience with working in a matrix organization of an international company
