YOUR TASKS
As part of the Project Management Division Europe, PM Logistics is responsible for transporting main components and auxiliary materials to construction sites. Within this department, the Project Supply team manages the organisation and execution of auxiliary material transports from manufacturers to sites. We are looking for a Project Supply Manager (m/f/d) to take over the following responsibilities:
- Project supply planning for sites before and during the installation phase, in alignment with project contacts and other relevant stakeholders
- Continuous adjustment of supply planning based on changes in project and delivery schedules
- Organisation and execution of auxiliary material transports, including assignment of service providers and preparation of related documentation using all modes of transports
- Single point of contact for direct supplies and reverse logistics during project execution
- Support in the creation of customs documentation and maintenance of the related database
- SAP bookings of materials and processing of supplier invoices
- Contribution to logistics improvement projects
YOUR PROFILE
- Trained as a forwarding and logistics specialist or holding a comparable degree
- Several years of professional experience in the organization and execution of international transports by sea, air and land transport
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of SAP
- Fluent in German and at least very good English skills (written and spoken)
- Strong organisational skills and cross-functional thinking
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international team
