MISSION: Definition and implementation of factories, production processes and the changes needed of any concrete tower plant.
TASKS:
- Plan, follow up and coordination of the tasks assigned to the different team leaders (internal and external) uncharged of the work that has been defined during the implementation of a new production center.
- Responsible for the definition of the implementation schedule of the keystone factory.
- Responsible for the internal coordination and activation of all departments.
- Site supervision during the construction and start-up stages, by organizing the arrival of works, installation of molds and large means.
- Certification of measurements.
- Implementation and start-up of the production process.
- Assistance in the resolution of the problems inherent to a start-up and/or process variation.
- Design of the installation deeded, according with the different production processes, included in the production processes, validated by the department.
- Preparation of the purchasing needs of the suppliers that will be involved (civil works, installations, tooling, tools).
- Support during the negotiation of the infrastructure and installation contracts.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Proactive.
- Industrial, Civil Engineering Degree or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Recommended in international implementation of industrial processes.
- Communication skills and teamwork.
- Able to solve any technical issue that might arise.
- Good coordination skills and used to work within international environments.
- Availability to travel.
- High English level, minimum B2.
