MISSION: Control the compliance of the preventive and protective measures set in the Company’s health and safety plan. Check whether these are effective or not, during the manufacturing process. Carry out the organization and control of environmental topics such as waste, emissions, chemical products, natural resources consumptions, as well as participate in HSE improvement projects.
TASKS:
- Negotiate with waste management suppliers the frame agreements to rule the waste management on our sites.
- Coordinate and organize necessary means for proper waste management on site.
- Provide training for proper waste management in each site.
- Design waste management politic and procedures.
- Review of the execution project. Make Inspections and audits to ensure that waste disposal is done properly on site.
- Ensure that the manufacturing process follows the HSE guidelines and influences so that these guidelines are fulfilled.
- Collaborate on the detection of anomalies or deficiencies in the issues related with occupational health, safety and environmental deviations.
- Take part in the concrete structure internal organization, as well as in the planning of the necessary resources and in the control of the labor risk prevention documentation.
- Promote and Promove the HSE “Best practice”.
- Investigation of environmental incidents report them to appropriate managers.
- Supervise the management of environmental processes and promote their compliance.
- Volatile organic compounds calculation, control and mitigation plans designs.
- Chemical products analysis and evaluations.
- ADR fulfillment assurance inspections of 3rd parties.
- Energy consumption control.
- Carbon footprint calculation project and reduction plan.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Certificate of higher education (HNC).
- Will be a plus experience with precast concrete/manufacture processes.
- Previous experience working with Environmental control projects.
- Work experience in construction control and supervision services.
- Knowledge of environmental processes in relation to precast concrete infrastructures.
- Will be a plus University degree in Environmental Management.
- Will be a plus Projects Management courses.
- Knowledge of construction techniques (materials, systems and construction processes).
- Know and apply the quality control system as well as standards and specifications.
- Resolution of possible technical issues.
- Knowledge in country HSE law.
- Knowledge in applicable european directives.
- Knowledge in the application of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Work organization good skills.
- English is a must. German desirable.
