As Electrical/Network Project Manager (m/f/d) your target is to check coordinate new Grid requirements and Wind farm controller adjustments for customers' installed wind farms. To do so, you will work in a global and cross-functional team and be the interface between customers, the various Service regions and headquarter functions such as Engineering -Team and have a direct impact on our business success.  


YOUR TASKS:

  • Initiating the development of new grid codes to ensure the rollout of our after sales products
  • Development and implementation of new Network/Interface products based on new technologies, market trends and customer requirements
  • Support the whole product lifecycle also during sales and implementation phase
  • Work together with our global service regions and our after sales colleagues to convince customers and their stakeholders such as grid operators or authorities and enable a successful product implementation
  • Have a measurable impact on the business performance of the global Service business unit
  • Build up a large network within the company and the industry to be up to date on new technological developments

 
YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed university studies in the field of Engineering (M.Sc. or equivalent) degree with a strong technical electrical background
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in electrical department or equal technical service organisations, ideally in the (wind) energy industry
  • Able to build strong relationships and clearly communicate within a global organisation
  • Highly analytical with a holistic approach and strong problem solving skills
  • Self-driven, focused and pragmatic with demonstrated ability to bring topics to success in a complex environment
  • Optionally know-how in wind turbine technology (e.g. site assessment, wind turbine control, aerodynamics, SCADA, wind farm control, grid requirements, etc.)
  • Fluent in English, while Spanish and/or German would be an advantage
