The Electrical Service Engineering is one competence center within the Global Service Engineering. For many years, the repair of electrical assemblies is one of the departments key business areas, with the aim to reduce CO2 emissions, improve spare-parts availability and savings.

 

We seek a motivated Electrical Engineer (m/w/d) Repair Applications to join our repair team which consists of internal workshop employees, as well as subcontractors and external resources.

 

In this role you will develop and project-manage the implementation of repair concepts for electrical components, including global footprint, supporting make-or-buy decisions, and regional activities to improve the business.
 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Develop repair concepts for electrical components in close cooperation with in/external Engineering resources and project-manage the implementation
  • Cooperate closely with Spare Parts Management, Engineering and external resources to ensure development and seamless implementation of global repair services
  • Improve and grow the repair business based on your Demand Analysis and Business Case Processes
  • Create regular reports related to your area of responsibility, such as cost-saving performance, progress in development projects, etc.
  • Support the development of global supply scenarios and pricing strategies for repaired parts
     

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in electrical engineering, additional qualification in business administration is desirable
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering, or a related role within the wind repair industry
  • Excellent understanding of repair processes and techniques within the industry
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented, with strong planning and prioritization skills
  • Ability to guide teams with a clear vision, inspiring motivation, supporting their advancement
  • Solid ability to communicate at all organizational levels and lead clear presentations to audiences with various levels of technical understanding
  • Able to offer technical guidance to employees, customers, external suppliers, and key stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel, mainly in Europe but also overseas
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
