As a Data & Reporting Specialist (m/f/d), you will design, develop, and maintain data solutions that support operational and financial decision-making across the business. Working with SQL Server, Power BI, and advanced Excel-based automation, you will transform data from multiple sources into reliable insights and reporting solutions. The role contributes to efficient business operations through data-driven reporting, analytics, and process improvement. Please note that this is a part-time role with 25 hours per week.
YOUR TASKS
- Design, develop, and maintain Data & Reporting solutions that support operational and financial business requirements
- Develop and optimize ETL processes using advanced Excel VBA and Macros to extract, transform, and load data into SQL Server environments
- Create and maintain SQL Server data models, queries, stored procedures, and functions to ensure scalable and reliable data management
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports that provide visibility into business performance, trends, and key operational metrics
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into practical analytical solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and operational efficiency through automation and standardization
- Support continuous improvements within reporting, business intelligence, and data management processes
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance, or equivalent
- Advanced experience with Excel VBA and Macro development in an operational or financial reporting environment
- Demonstrable experience with SQL Server, including data modelling, query development, stored procedures, and functions
- Hands-on experience creating Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets and reporting requirements
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and translate business needs into reporting solutions
- Experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate development is advantageous
