Claviate Coordinator (m/f/d)

As a Claviate Coordinator, you ensure the efficient coordination, availability, and continuous improvement of the Claviate system across wind farm projects. Acting as the key interface between Claviate, site teams, crane companies, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders, you support reliable operations, project readiness, and system performance throughout the project lifecycle.
YOUR TASKS
- Coordinate Claviate hardware, spare parts, deliveries, returns, stock levels, and transport equipment across projects and regions
- Act as the main interface between Claviate, sites, crane companies, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders on operational topics
- Ensure timely project setup by coordinating crane data, project information, wind forecasting systems, documentation, and system readiness
- Manage purchase orders, spare parts consumption, invoice verification, contractual compliance, and credit claims where applicable
- Coordinate installations, commissioning activities, system checks, and technical support for Claviate equipment on cranes and sites
- Maintain accurate asset and system tracking, including installed equipment, nodes, cameras, transport boxes, and reporting data
- Drive continuous improvement activities, training initiatives, manuals, procedures, and reporting solutions together with Claviate
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification, or equivalent professional experience
- Around 5 years of experience in logistics, project coordination, or renewable energy projects, preferably within the wind industry
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating suppliers, service providers, and international teams
- Technical understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems, including troubleshooting and operational support activities
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with strong planning and organizational skills
- Fluent English skills, written and spoken; German, Spanish, and/or Portuguese language skills are beneficial
- Knowledge of Lean Management, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage
