DEPARTMENT:  Project Management (Site Management / Erection / I

MISSION: Provide technical assistance to the Construction and PM departments. This role requires expertise in crane and installation operations at site to contribute effectively to project planning and execution strategy.

 

TASKS:

 

  • Technical assistance to the Construction and PM departments
  • Technical support to Tender Management Area in Cranes & Installation operations by providing support and documentation during the bidding process.
  • Cranes operations and Construction Site Layouts analysis to support project planning and execution.
  • Lifting plans analysis and crane strategy proposals
  • KPIs reports
  • Technical Documentation Management regarding instructions, documentary changes and change management.

  • Problem-Solving: Resourceful in addressing administrative and logistical challenges efficiently.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of crane capacities, operations, and site layout planning to assist in equipment selection and logistical arrangements.
  • Tender Support Expertise: Proficient in supporting the tendering process, including documentation preparation, data analysis, and compliance checks.
  • Documentation Skills: Strong capabilities in managing documentation, contracts, permits, and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  • Organizational Abilities: Exceptional skills in organizing files, schedules, meetings, and coordinating various administrative tasks.
  • Software Proficiency: Competent in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), project management tools, experience with CAD and LICCON software for reviewing layouts.
  • Communication: Effective communicator with the ability to liaise between different departments, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • English is a must. Minimum B2. 
  • Availability to travel.
