As Aftermarket Sales Project Manager, you lead global initiatives that strengthen the Parts & Services business within the Global Aftermarket Sales organization. You manage complex campaigns end to end and coordinate closely with regional markets and Service functions. In this role, the Aftermarket Sales Project Manager directly contributes to commercial performance, operational readiness, and portfolio competitiveness.
YOUR TASKS
• Lead and coordinate global and regional campaigns as Aftermarket Sales Project Manager – Campaigns, acting as central point of contact for all stakeholders
• Plan and execute campaign timelines, resources, training activities, and rollout concepts to ensure operational readiness
• Align cross-functional teams across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Service Operations
• Design and manage pilots for new aftermarket offerings such as retrofit solutions or digital monitoring tools
• Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, costs, and margin impact, translating data into clear improvement recommendations
• Identify technical, commercial, and operational risks early and implement structured mitigation measures
• Establish governance, reporting, and continuous improvement processes, capturing lessons learned across projects
YOUR PROFILE
• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional qualification
• Several years of experience in aftermarket project management, service development, or transactional service strategy
• Well-founded knowledge of after sales, sales processes, and service strategy, ideally within renewable or industrial services
• Confident use of SAP, CRM systems, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and MS Project for analysis and project steering
• Structured, hands-on working style with strong organizational skills and high sense of ownership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different management levels and cultures
• Fluent English skills for international collaboration, with German or Spanish considered an advantage
