Artificial Intelligence is becoming a key driver of competitiveness across our business. As an AI Engineer, you will be part of the Global AI Transformation Office and work closely with business stakeholders, IT, and Digital teams to develop and scale AI-enabled solutions. In this role, you will translate business challenges into practical applications, prototypes, and production-ready solutions that create measurable business value.

YOUR TASKS

 

• Design, develop, and implement AI-enabled applications and solutions that address business challenges and improve operational performance

• Build prototypes, proof of concepts, and minimum viable products to validate AI use cases and accelerate adoption

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using modern AI technologies and software development practices

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end users to ensure successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions

• Develop integrations, APIs, and data pipelines while leveraging Microsoft Azure services and related technology platforms

• Support the deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of AI applications within productive business environments

• Ensure AI solutions comply with governance, security, privacy, and Responsible AI requirements

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience

• Minimum three years of experience in software development, AI engineering, application development, or a comparable technical role

• Practical experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, AI agents, or modern AI development frameworks

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or equivalent technologies

• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, as well as APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines

• Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset

• Excellent English communication skills; German and/or Spanish language skills are considered an advantage
