HSE Concrete Tower technician (m/f/d)

Mission: Control the compliance of the preventive and protective measures set in the Company’s health and safety plan. Check whether these are effective or not, during the manufacturing process. Carry out the organization and control of  environmental topics such as waste, emissions, chemical products, natural resources consumptions, as well as participate in HSE improvement projects.




  • Coordination and control of HSE systems during the manufacturing process.

  • Establish the best strategy so safety in the manufacture of concrete structures could be guaranteed, in accordance with existing regulations.

  • Review the execution project.

  • Ensure that the manufacturing process follow the HSE guidelines and influence so that these guidelines are fulfilled.

  • Ensuring compliance and application of rules and quality control on site.

  • Collaborate in the detection of anomalies or deficiencies in the issues related with occupational health and safety.

  • Take part in the concrete structure internal organization, as well as in the planning of the necessary resources and in the control of the labor risk prevention documentation.

  • Coordinates the production process to ensure that preventive actions are applied by the whole staff.

  • Promote and Promove the HSE “Best practice”.

  • Investigation of work accidents and report them to appropriate managers.

  • Supervise the management of environmental processes and promote their compliance.





  • Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention 3 Specialities.
  • Availability for occasional trips to production factories.
  • English medium/high level.
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be an asset.
  • Anticipation and analysis capability.
