Service and Material Coordinator (m/f/d)

Working as Service and Material Coordinator, you will produce efficient, reliable and cost effective service schedules to meet contractual obligations and customer needs. The role will also involve supporting the management of stock levels to meet demands and also monitoring stock movements so correct levels of stock are available at the service points and keeping the operational stock costs as low as possible.

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Ensure efficient resource planning and steering of all dedicated technicians
  • Analyse requirements and plan maintenances and other plannable work in advance
  • Analyse requirements and plan repairs within a short timeframe
  • Prioritise open work orders within defined company rules and guidelines using standard times and expecting driving times
  • Ensure work orders have been set up for all incoming jobs
  • Check regular material availability, ordering additional supplies as required, to ensure all materials are available when required
  • Ensure all completed work orders contain all necessary documentation (maintenance works)
  • Order spare parts and maintenance material
  • Control stock levels
  • Manage safety stock levels in the service points
  • Support and coordinate during stock takings and audits
  • Ensure that spare parts are delivered to sites on time
  • Transfer spare parts between service points in SAP
  • Ordering of workwear and PPE Equipment
  • Organise material returns to Central Warehouse and external suppliers
  • Participation in relevant operations meetings when required

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • At least two years experience of workload planning will be considered a plus
  • Competent with MS Office, SAP and planning tools
  • Systematic problem-solving behaviour
  • Able to deal with pressurised situations and tight deadlines
  • Takes ownership and responsibility
  • Good communicator and strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Excellent planning, organisational and prioritising skills
  • Can work well in a team or autonomously
  • Health and safety aware
  • Willing to travel between the Service points and abroad if required
