  • Taking ownership of the strategy by considering project complexities, timelines, and budgets, ensuring the plan is realistic and delivers on client expectations.
  • Developing detailed execution schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies that will drive the success of the project.
  • Ensuring the seamless handover to the execution team once the tender is awarded. Making sure that all documentation, strategies, and plans are clearly defined and understood.
  • Creating and managing detailed project budgets for tenders, ensuring alignment with project scope, execution plans, and tender/Contract agreements.
  • Jointly leading the negotiation of terms and conditions with clients, and where required, subcontractors, and suppliers ensuring that terms are clear, risks are well understood and minimised, and all parties are aligned
  • Conducting thorough risk assessments during the tender phase, identifying potential project risks (e.g., financial, technical, environmental, and operational).
