Construction Foreman Bosnia (m/f/d)

This Job is located in Tusnica, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Construction Foreman supports the Site Manager by supervising daily construction activities on the wind farm site, including civil and mechanical works. The role ensures tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and guide workers and subcontractors on-site.

· Ensure work is carried out safely and according to plans.

· Maintain daily records of site activities and progress.

· Assist with material handling and equipment coordination.

· Report issues or delays to the Site Manager.

Qualifications:

· Mechanical engineer with a Level VI degree / bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS credits), or a technical professional with a fourth or fifth level of qualification in the field of construction, with a passed professional exam and five years of work experience.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or renewable energy projects.

· Basic understanding of construction drawings and safety procedures.

· Good communication and leadership skills.
