Position Summary:

Support the Controlling function of Division North America and be responsible for controlling the overhead costs especially concerning the analysis of actuals and preparation of forecast and budget data. 

Responsibilities:

  • Compile, compare, and analyze monthly actuals versus budget and forecast

  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and department managers to develop accurate understanding of actuals, forecasts, and budgets

  • Propose forecast adjustments accordingly

  • Manage and administer the monthly forecast review and submittal process

  • Prepare monthly presentations and communications to Management

  • Track and explain monthly forecast changes

  • Build Power BI tools

  • Support the yearly budgeting process

  • Other tasks and analysis as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • BS in Accounting/Finance required

  • 3-5 years business finance experience, with emphasis on financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities where problems are complex

  • Ability to identify areas of financial risk, inform management and develop contingency plans

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling skills.

  • Power BI knowledge is a plus

  • High level of computer literacy to keep up with current analytical tools and monitor business performance; experience with SAP platform is a plus

  • Ability to work in an environment of continuous change and different challenges

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to boil down trends into concise operational reports

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the staff within the company

  • Positive and professional attitude and strong leadership skills
