Job Title: Team Lead – Quality Logistics Analytics & Support
Role Purpose: The role is responsible for leading a team of Quality Specialists to ensure robust quality processes across the outbound logistics chain of WTG components. The position focuses on team leadership, incident management, data analytics, and transparent reporting in close alignment with global quality management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4–5 Quality Specialists, ensuring high engagement, performance, and accountability
- Build and sustain strong teams with a high level of commitment to quality within logistics processes
- Create and optimize structures, workflows, and standard operating processes within the team in close coordination with global management and quality engineers
- Provide clear guidance, prioritization, and operational support to the team to successfully deliver assigned tasks
- Manage first-level support for quality incidents across the outbound logistics chain of WTG components
- Oversee incident management, non-conformity handling, root cause tracking, and corrective actions
- Manage data analytics, data processing, and review of reports for global quality and incident management reporting
- Ensure accurate documentation, traceability, and timely system updates in tools such as SharePoint, Quality Management Systems, and ServiceNow
- Prepare and present monthly quality performance and incident reports for global stakeholders
Experience & Skills
- Experience in wind energy, renewable energy, logistics, or heavy manufacturing environments is preferred
- Experience supervising or coordinating administrative or operational teams
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, or related roles
- Strong capability to structure data processing, reporting, and communication workflows with clear orientation
- Profound knowledge of non-conformity management, incident management, and data analysis
- Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Power BI, and similar reporting/quality systems
- Fluent in English and Tamil with strong bidirectional communication skills
- Hindi language skills will be an added advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively with global management teams as well as local operational teams
