YOUR TASKS:
- Provide technical support remotely for main converters of variety of suppliers in service
- Interdisciplinary project work as technical expert to improve the fleet reliability
- Should handle Team
- Be a leading example in maintaining high standards of HSE and quality
- Prepare and verify technical documentation
- Representing Service interest again suppliers
- Advancement of main converter trainings
- Troubleshooting of complex failures / areas and also be responsible for RCA
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years in blade service engineering & should have minimum 2+ years experience in team leadership
- Experience in Lead, motivate, and mentor the Blade Service Engineering team
- Should have experinec in resource planning, allocate workloads, and monitor execution
- Should approve/review technical evaluations, reports, and RCA
- Act as primary interface with global regions and partners
- Decision-making and conflict management
- Willingness to travel
