Specialist - Training coordinator

YOUR TASKS:

  • Support the existing Training Coordinator for external target groups (customers & subcontractors) in planning, coordination, and administration of training activities, including the implementation of technical trainings (blended learning, virtual classes, and classroom formats)
  • Consult external customers on our training portfolio in a customer-centric way and support internal stakeholders and regional coordinators on training offerings and processes
  • Assist in annual and quarterly training planning, bringing a proactive and solution-oriented mindset to align training needs with business requirements
  • Collaborate closely with specialist departments (e.g., Sales, Procurement, Marketing), regional training organizations, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient execution of training activities
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of training data in the Learning Management System (LMS) and support related administrative processes with a high level of attention to detail
  • Monitor KPIs and reports to evaluate training effectiveness and actively support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proactively bring forward improvement ideas and participate in initiatives to enhance efficiency

 

YOUR  PROFILE

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a comparable field; alternatively, completed vocational training (e.g. commercial apprenticeship) with relevant professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training coordination, event management, or further professional education
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles/pedagogy; experience in training or learning environments is an advantage (technical interest, ideally in wind or renewable energy, is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills combined with a structured and analytical working style
  • High level of customer orientation with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration within international teams
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on mentality and a continuous improvement focus
  • Confidence in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and making sound judgments
  • Fluency in English is required; German is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
