General Description:
Assisting and supporting the activities related to development and maintenance of PCMS application tool. Activities include managing s/w projects in Jira, gathering and listing the requirements from various stack-holders, tracking and follow-up of the Jira tickets, documentation etc.
 

Tasks / Functions:

  • S/w project management in Jira.
  • Requirements gathering from various stack holders.
  • Issue tracking and follow ups.
  • Assisting project budget and purchase related activities.
  • Preparation of relevant documents.
