YOUR TASKS:

 

  • Maintain Vessel Line-up Plans and ensure timely updates.
  • Create and update transportation plans
  • Create shipping orders
  • Manage project budget related to the Logistics from PickUp to Port Arrival including but not limited to cost control and forecasting activities.
  • Detention, demurrages, and other extra-costs management
  • PR/PO and invoice management
  • Perform weekly updates of macros in the Global Shipping List (GSL).
  • Create Bill of Lading templates.
  • Verify actual shipment data and update into the Logistics Calculation Tool.
  • Update supplier changes in GSL.
  • Clarify transportation schedules with external partners
  • Prepare packing lists for components and tools.
  • Update transportation milestone in Nordex owned systems and MS Excel
  • Update vessel ETA/ETD in Nordex based on information from external partners

 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics, customs compliance, export documentation, or supply chain data management.
  • Strong understanding of transport documentation such as Bill of Ladings, packing list, certificates of origin, HS codes etc.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high level of data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills (in English) for interacting with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a structured and organized working style.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in working within multinational environments or cross-border teams.
  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint knowledge is mandatory.
