Job purpose

The Specialist – Service Engineering (Electrical), in its role, be responsible to provide 2nd Level remote support for main converters of different suppliers, troubleshooting of complex and time critical WTG failures and involved in carrying out root cause analysis.
This role is key to efficient and smooth operation of the Service Engineering Teams. This is an exciting role were dealing with unexpected situations and time sensitive tasks is part of the day-to-day business.

Key accountabilities / Responsibilities:
|
- Provide technical support remotely for main converters of variety of suppliers in service
- Interdisciplinary project work as technical expert to improve the fleet reliability.
- Be a leading example in maintaining high standards of HSE and quality.
- Prepare and verify technical documentation.
- Representing Service interest again suppliers.
- Advancement of main converter trainings
- Troubleshooting of complex failures / areas and also be responsible for RCA

Career / Job experience
|
- Minimum of 6-8 yrs experience ( preferably from wind industry) in Electrical Engineering and/or in Main Convertor manufacturer
- Proven experience in project coordination or similar role
- Strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong multitasking skills
- Good stakeholder management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding technical background

Education and qualification :
|
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering
- Excellent Communication skills
- knowledge In Main Converter Business
- Knowledge in troubleshooting and repair of power electronic parts
