Specialist - QHSE Administrator

YOUR TASKS:

    • Support in standardization & harmonization of HSE framework globally  

    • Analyse the HSE metrics / HSE KPI monitoring and provide statistics to management for taking right measures. 

    • Manage and update trainings key performance indicator dashboards. 

    • Discuss and propose risk assessment by collecting, analysing similar trends of incidents and work towards ONE template standardization  

    • Share best practices and learnings across every service points. 

    • Manage & maintain records of all the necessary safety related trainings for site technicians and subcontractors. 

    • Monitor HSE trainings compliance certifications and keep the system updated. 

    • Quality analysis within the maintenance plans and reports 

YOUR  PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management or related field 

Minimum 2-4 yrs experience ( Wind industry good-to-have) 

  • HSE training certification viz NEBOSH  

  • Proven experience in project coordination or similar role 

  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Excel 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively 

  • Strong multitasking skills  

  • Good stakeholder management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
