YOUR TASKS:
- Manage GWO training system.
- Assist operation team with training certification
- Manage the ordering process for necessary tools and equipment for the academy.
- Monitor HSE trainings compliance certifications and keep the system updated.
- Manage trainings purchase orders and invoices, providing follow-up support to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage and update trainings key performance indicator dashboards.
- QH&S KPI monitoring. Ensure all countries do it in the same manner
- Quality analysis within the maintenance plans and reports
- Preparation of Q-talk for the technical teams in the wind farms (master tech, lead tech)
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management or related field
- Minimum 2-4 yrs experience ( Wind industry preferred)
- Proven experience in project coordination or similar role
- Strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong multitasking skills
- Good stakeholder management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced Microsoft office skills
