Specialist - Project MBOM Configuration

Your Tasks:
- Create pMBOMs based on engineering inputs and project specifications.
- Validate consistency between eBOM and mBOM during development phases and engineering changes.
- Implementation of changes in pmBOM triggered by customer requirements.
- Management of the implementation of the changes released by Engineering and agreed on in the Change Implementation committees.
- Ensure alignment between the pMBOM and customer requirements, both external and internal.
- Configuration of company changes (production plants, supplier changes).
- Coordination with cross-functional teams to achieve the milestones of the industrialization process on time and in full ensuring integrity of product structure.
- Ensure accuracy between the pMBOM and customer requirements, both external and internal.
- Accountable for the pmBOM Configuration process, boosting cross-functional teams to meet planning dates defined within Industrialization stage.
- Propose improvements in configuration and technical data management processes.
Your Profile:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, product configuration, or BOM management.
- High knowledge of complex product structures, preparation of manufacturing lists and change management.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality, supply chain).
- Experience in Teamcenter and SAP is required.
- Experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator, ideally in industrialization or product development environments.
