Specialist - Project MBOM Configuration

Your Tasks:

  • Create pMBOMs based on engineering inputs and project specifications.
  • Validate consistency between eBOM and mBOM during development phases and engineering changes.
  • Implementation of changes in pmBOM triggered by customer requirements.
  • Management of the implementation of the changes released by Engineering and agreed on in the Change Implementation committees.
  • Ensure alignment between the pMBOM and customer requirements, both external and internal.
  • Configuration of company changes (production plants, supplier changes).
  • Coordination with cross-functional teams to achieve the milestones of the industrialization process on time and in full ensuring integrity of product structure.
  • Ensure accuracy between the pMBOM and customer requirements, both external and internal.
  • Accountable for the pmBOM Configuration process, boosting cross-functional teams to meet planning dates defined within Industrialization stage.
  • Propose improvements in configuration and technical data management processes.

  

Your Profile:

  • Initiative and autonomy.

  • Project planning, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • High level in Teamcenter.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, product configuration, or BOM management.
  • High knowledge of complex product structures, preparation of manufacturing lists and change management.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality, supply chain).
  • Experience in Teamcenter and SAP is required.
  • Experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator, ideally in industrialization or product development environments.
