Position Title: Specialist - Project Documentation

Role Overview

We are looking for Project Documentation Specialist to join our global Customer Documentation team in India. The role is responsible for the correct archiving, compilation, follow-up, and delivery of customer documentation during live projects, ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements defined in the Turbine Supply Agreement (TSA).The position operates in an international environment, collaborating closely with Project Management, Project Quality Management, and other global functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Archive, compile, and deliver customer documentation during all project phases.
  • Ensure documentation is delivered according to contractual requirements and agreed formats.
  • Support contractual and payment milestones through timely and accurate documentation submission.
  • Monitor documentation status throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with Project Documentation Specialists and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure documentation quality in cooperation with PQM and Quality teams.
  • Follow up internally to identify and mitigate risks related to documentation delays or gaps.
  • Support project handover to service.
  • Act as documentation focal point towards customers when required.

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or technical education
  • Experience in international or multicultural project environments
  • Background experience in Quality or Engineering.

Skills & Competencies:

  • High level of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments.
  • Systematic problem-solving and safety-oriented behaviour.
  • German level B1
  • Experience working with global stakeholders across different time zones
  • Ability to communicate expectations clearly and explicitly,
  • Ability to identify risks early and escalate proactively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong operational proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • SAP user knowledge.
  • Experience with documentation management tools (e.g. BIC, SharePoint, Teamcenter)
