Role Purpose : The Process Specialist will play a key role in strengthening the Process Management function by supporting process optimization, standardization, and governance across the organization. The role focuses on administration and enhancement of the BIC Process Tool and contributing to the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System (IMS), enabling operational excellence within Nordex.

Key Responsibilities

1. BIC Tool Administration & Support

  • Perform day-to-day administration of the BIC Process Tool
  • Act as the first point of contact for users regarding system-related queries and issues
  • Coordinate with internal IT and external vendors to resolve technical incidents
  • Ensure smooth functioning and accessibility of the tool across the organization

2. Process Modelling & Management

  • Support Process Owners in modelling, documenting, and improving business processes
  • Develop and maintain process diagrams in alignment with organizational requirements
  • Ensure standardization and harmonization of processes across functions
  • Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) framework

3. Data Management & Reporting

  • Administer and monitor BIC master data to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Conduct regular clean-up activities to maintain high data quality standards
  • Analyze process-related data and publish insights through dashboards and KPI reports

4. Training & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Deliver training sessions on the BIC tool to users across functions
  • Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive training materials
  • Support adoption and continuous improvement initiatives within the Process Community
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive awareness and usage of standardized processes

Professional Competencies

  • Basic understanding of Process Management concepts (knowledge of BPMN methodology is an advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Exposure to process tools or management systems is preferred
