Specialist- Pricing Strategy

YOUR TASKS:
- Own the global pricing roadmap, defining strategies for products and services aligned with business goals and customer needs
- Analyze market dynamics by monitoring pricing trends, competitor moves, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and ensure compliance
- Develop value‑based pricing models that reflect technical performance gains, regional requirements, and customer segments
- Drive strategic decisions through business cases, profitability analyses, and scenario modeling
- Enable commercial success with pricing expertise, tools, workflows, and training to support tenders and negotiations
- Track performance and ensure governance via KPI dashboards, competitor benchmarking, documentation, and global implementation support
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and pricing tools
- Minimum 7–10 years in strategic pricing management
- Proven experience in pricing strategy, ideally in renewable energy or industrial aftermarket
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with a structured, careful and reliable way of working
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, intercultural awareness would be an asset
- Ability to work independently or in teams as requested
