Role Overview : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate our global end-to-end (E2E) change management operations. This role will be responsible for managing engineering changes across multiple phases—starting from change request initiation to ERP implementation—while ensuring alignment between Engineering, Industrialization, Configuration, HSE, and global operations teams.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder coordination abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across the global manufacturing footprint.

Key Responsibilities

E2E Change Management Coordination

  • Lead, manage, and coordinate the complete engineering change management lifecycle—from change request to final ERP/SAP implementation.
  • Ensure timely approval, documentation, and execution of engineering change notices (ECNs), ECOS, Technical Notes (TNs), and related system updates.

Dashboard & KPI Management

  • Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive E2E dashboards tracking change status, tasks, KPIs, delays, and compliance.
  • Analyze KPIs such as mean time to close each phase, overall cycle time, and implementation efficiency.

Stakeholder & Meeting Management

  • Organize and drive weekly change management review meetings with global stakeholders (Operations PM, Engineering CPS, Industrialization, Configuration, and HSE teams).
  • Communicate open tasks, blockers, delays, and decisions with clarity and follow-through.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate effectively between Engineering, Industrialization, Configuration, and Operations to ensure smooth transitions between all change phases.
  • Escalate issues, resolve dependencies, and monitor implementation progress across regions.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and distribute weekly change management reports highlighting decisions, risks, open actions, and priority items.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all change requests, approvals, timelines, and lessons learned for audit and compliance.

Compliance & Process Governance

  • Monitor USA and HSE compliance topics during reviews to ensure no gaps or delays.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance change management efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management, change management, operations, or industrial/manufacturing environments.
  • Experience managing complex global or cross-functional projects.
  • Strong project management skills (Agile/Waterfall, planning, risk management).
  • Expertise in change management workflows, impact analysis, and implementation tracking.
  • Advanced data analysis and KPI reporting abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data modeling, reporting).
  • Experience with Power BI or other BI dashboards.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities (RCA, issue resolution, mitigation planning).
  • Knowledge of German, Spanish, or other European languages.
