Your Tasks:

 

Be part of the global NPI team as part of R&D Team, process responsible for the  CAD/ CATIA V5/ NX and documentation development of Blade manufacturing processes,  , Prototyping, Zeroseries, Production Roll out internationally  

  • Preparation/ review of specifications,  3D and 2D development of  all structural and process materials, BOM.
  • Developing decision matrix for new design of product and process,  preparation of test documentation, conducting (physical execution)trials, preparation of test reports
  • Alignment with internal stakeholders in development projects in the area of defined responsibility (Blade engineering, QA, Tooling, R&D, NPI) on all necessary changes, supervision of production/ development process
  • Alignment with external stakeholders in development projects/ roll out projects in the area of defined responsibility on all necessary changes, supervision of production/ development process

Your Profile


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Process/ Production/ Composites/ Aeronautics.


Technical & Complementary Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Teamcenter, and AutoCAD 2D.
  • Knowledge of CATIA or Siemens NX (optional but preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Strong pedagogical skills, team management, and conflict-resolution capabilities.


Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of practical experience in boat building, manufacturing of composite structures(Blades, civil) Hand layup, VART, RIM, working with Epoxid, Polyester
  • Minimum 5 years as engineer in maximum 2 different companies at Composite industry (marine, civil, blades, aeronautics) ( acting as CAD designer, Catia V5 and NX) from 5 years at least 3 years acting in the following  areas: (New product developments,  roll out of new products international)

 

Languages: English – C2 (mandatory); Spanish – B2 (optional); German – B2 (optional)
