Specialist - Material Qualification Engineer

YOUR TASKS:

  1. Plan and coordinate new material industrialization trials within the blade plants
  2. Supervise initial material trials, industrialization trials up to serial implementation
  3. Feedback and status reporting within interdisciplinary qualification team
  4. Involvement into technical discussions with the material supplier, engineering and quality departments to improve quality and performance 
  5. Ensuring lessons learnt are implemented in documentation and execution, eliminating recurring quality issues during industrialization 


YOUR  PROFILE:

University degree in Mechanical/Material Engineering or similar
4-8 years experience within composite material industry, blade manufacturing is required, preferred in process or material department
Hands-on mentality
Willingness to work in shopfloor projects 
Ready to work in shifts when required
Strong communication skills on engineering level as well as in blue collar level
Fluency in English is preferred
