YOUR TASKS:

 

  • Quality assurance of major components (Blades, MHOs, Steel Towers, DTRs, HUBs) during outbound transport.
  • Develop the Logistics Quality Control Plan and control methods (checklists) based on p-FMEA, d-FMEA, and specific transport instructions.
  • Participate in p-FMEA analysis for outbound transport of main components.
  • Active member of the Logis tics Change Committee and administrator of the “GCM: logistics – INC” group, driving lessons learned and continuous improvement actions.
  • Implement the Outbound Field Support (OFS) role in previously analyzed and required locations.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics Operations team to align the activities of Marine Cargo Surveyors and OFS inspectors according to the assigned transport plans, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with Nordex guidelines.
  • Coordinate OFS at factories, yards, and ports during truck loading/unloading and storage of components according to Nordex transport guidelines.
  • Manage OFS reports and perform KPI analysis.
  • Coordinate Marine Cargo Surveyors at ports according to Nordex transport guidelines and GF01.45.04.02.05 Nordex BIC Process.
  • Manage Marine Cargo Survey reports and KPI analysis.
  • Handle Non-Conformity Management: open commercial and technical incidents in ServiceNow, notify suppliers, and liaise with first claim handlers. Administrator of “QSE – Logistic PM” group in Service Now.
  • Record and follow up on incidents during transportation; communicate with the Insurance department when activation is required.
  • Manage LogiQ inputs through the Upvise platform (deviations reported by transport companies).
  • Conduct root cause analysis for major transportation issues.
  • Sourcing: Discuss quality-related insights on contractual scopes and issues with transport service providers.
  • Tooling: Ensure proper specification, availability, and compliance of transport fixtures and tools.
  • Installation Quality Assurance: For site-detected issues potentially originating from transport, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Advanced Quality Engineering: Collaborate on quality processes such as p-FMEA and d-FMEA, ensuring robust risk mitigation strategies.
  • SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance): Alignment of transport-related issues linked to supplier manufacturing processes.
  • BQA (Blade Quality Assurance): Alignment with blade manufacturing aspects impacting transport quality and integrity.
  • Blade Operations: Coordination of repair and inspection activities for blades during transport.
  • Claims: Assist in cost recovery processes for commercial incidents, providing technical input and documentation to support supplier claims.
  • Insurance: Coordinate with the Insurance team to activate coverage for incidents exceeding deductible thresholds, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Project Management & Operations Management: Communicate and assess the impact of major transport incidents on project timelines.

 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Minimum 4–6 years in quality assurance or logistics roles within industrial, manufacturing, or renewable energy sectors.
  • Hands-on involvement in FMEA processes (p-FMEA and d-FMEA) and development of control plans.
  • Experience in supplier quality evaluations and audits, particularly for logistics service providers.
  • Strong background in non-conformity management, including incident reporting and root cause analysis.
  • Practical knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working with digital quality tools (ServiceNow, Upvise, ERP systems).
  • Exposure to global logistics operations and process standardization initiatives.
  • Ability to manage KPIs and performance monitoring for logistics quality activities.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, Upvise, MS Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems and digital quality platforms.
  • Strong ability to perform root cause analysis, 8Ds, interpret KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
  • Experience in continuous improvement methodologies (FMEA, Lean, Six Sigma preferred).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining Nordex quality standards.
