YOUR TASKS:

 

  • Lead and develop a team of various logistics specialists, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics team to optimize processes and reduce costs.
  • Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation planning, shipping documentation, and milestone tracking.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of vessel line-up plans, transportation schedules, and shipment data.
  • Manage project budgets related to logistics activities, including cost control and forecasting.
  • Handle detention, demurrage, and other extra-cost management.
  • Supervise PR/PO and invoice processes for logistics services.
  • Maintain and update global shipping lists and related documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners regarding transportation schedules and shipping requirements.

 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in working within multinational environments or cross-border teams.
  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint knowledge is mandatory.
