Role Purpose

Global Training Coordinator ensures effective planning, coordination, and administration of blade production training activities by managing training logistics, documentation, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Acting as a key link between local production teams, P&C, trainers, engineering and global teams, the role supports the consistent and efficient delivery of global and local training programs, enabling workforce competence and blades operational excellence.

 

Your Tasks

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all blade-related trainings (technical and required compliance).

  • Maintain training calendars, attendance records, assessments, and certification tracking.

  • Communicate with the global training team to ensure alignment towards company goals and standard training processes.

  • Support trainers before and during practical sessions.

  • Coordinate onboarding of Blades production new comers.

  • Track learning completions, competence progression and ensure correct documentation on LMS.

  • Report regularly to local and global stakeholders.

  • Support continuous improvement of training workflows and documentation.

Your Profile

Planning skills

  • Strong ability to plan and coordinate multiple trainings in parallel.

  • Accurate documentation and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage schedules, resources, rooms, tools, and materials.

Communication

  • Clear communication with trainers, supervisors, production leadership, and global teams.

  • Ability to collect and relay feedback to both global and local teams.

  • Professional, structured communication and collaboration in a fast-paced global environment.

Systems competence

  • Experience with LMS, SharePoint, Excel, or training management systems.

  • Ability to run training implementation and support the delivery of Blades training programs.

 

  • Ability to support local training needs assessment effectively.

 

  • Ability to maintain competence matrices, sign-off sheets, certificates, and audit documentation.

  • Basic data reporting and tracking skills with the provided systems (SAP success factors, power BI, Excel)

Experience

  • 1+ Experience in manufacturing or technical training environments.

  • 2+ Previous coordination or administrative role in HR, training, or operations. Experience in technical training implementation.

  • Familiarity with blades manufacturing, or production types.
