YOUR TASKS:

  • Design, build, and maintain structured databases and data models using SQL,Excel SharePoint Lists, Dataverse, and other corporate platforms
  • Develop automated ETL workflows for data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and validation using Python, Power Automate, and other automation tools
  • Create intuitive and interactive dashboards in Power BI that support operational KPIs, service cost monitoring, and leadership reporting
  • Develop automated reporting solutions for budget vs. actuals, deviations, forecasts, and cost trends, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform deep-dive quantitative analysis to identify cost drivers, savings opportunities, inefficiencies, and improvement areas within Service operations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Service, Finance, Sourcing, Regional Operations) to define data needs and translate business requirements into analytical solutions
  • Support digitalization initiatives, including the development of Power Apps, SharePoint solutions, process automation, and workflow standardization
  • Implement continuous improvements in data governance, reporting accuracy, standardization, and documentation

 

YOUR  PROFILE:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting automation, business intelligence, or financial/operational analytics.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot, SQL, and Python strongly valued
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and result-oriented mindset
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and data quality
  • Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, organized, process-driven, and improvement-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment and collaborating with remote teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs independently
