YOUR TASKS:

 

  • Design, implement, and maintain a centralized customs data repository to support export logistics and MM (Material Management) operations.
  • Ensure all relevant export-related data (e.g., material specifications, origin details) are accurately captured, updated, and maintained within the database.
  • Act as the primary interface with suppliers to request, track, and validate export-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., material handling, logistics) to align data and documentation requirements with global trade compliance standards.
  • Monitor documentation compliance and proactively follow up with suppliers to resolve discrepancies or obtain missing information.
  • Support the preparation of audit-ready records to meet internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality, compliance workflows, and documentation standards.

 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics, customs compliance, export documentation, or supply chain data management.
  • Strong understanding of export control documentation such as certificates of origin, HS codes, and material compositions.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP MM or similar) and data tools for database management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high level of data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a structured and organized working style.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
  • Experience in working within multinational environments or cross-border teams.
  • Advanced Excel or database skills are a plus.
