YOUR TASKS:

  • Develop and maintain the SBOM for each windfarm and related turbines
    Identify with the support of other experts (Service Engineering, SPM) all the parts and components required for service and maintenance
  • Define "Lowest Replaceable Unit" and "SWC" parts (Spare, Wear, Consumable) in Siemens Teamcenter
  • Maintain and update the "Service Library" (master configurations, master kits, master documents)
  • Maintain version control of the SBOM, including tracking changes to the SBOM over time, ensuring that the correct version is used for each service or maintenance operation, and maintaining a history of changes.
  • Create and maintain part numbers requested by Service
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Spare Parts Management, and procurement teams to ensure that product data is up-to-date and accessible
  • Coordinate and facilitate the Service/Engineering change process, including the initiation, review, approval, and implementation of product changes and ensure that proposed changes are properly documented, tracked, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure that documents, such as BOMs, engineering drawings, specifications, and manuals, are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal and external standards
  • Provide training and support to other team members on SBOM-related processes and tools
  • Continuously improve the SBOM process and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
         
    YOUR  PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product configuration management, or related field
  • Proficiency in using PLM - preferably Siemens Teamcenter, SAP ERP, or similar software systems for product data management and document control
  • Experience with service bill of materials (SBOM) management or in a similar role, with a strong background in engineering change management, product data and
  • configuration management, document control, and BOM coordination
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to SBOM
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
