YOUR TASKS: 

  • Maintain duties in SharePoint PO Management page for creating and tracking new purchase requisitions and approval status
  • Create purchase requisition within Nordex ERP system
  • Assist in maintaining PO Trackers within Excel for each site (Site Planner) and PO data
  • Maintain purchase orders for the ordering of services, parts and materials, and other site-based items per Nordex guidelines
  • Process Good Receipts within Nordex ERP systems for service and materials POs following Nordex guidelines invoices must match GR & weekly total requested on PO Tracker
  • Approve invoices within Nordex ERP system based on Nordex guidelines for fact checking GL/Vendor/Quantity/Price/Cost Allocation
  • Generate monthly missed GR accrual
  • Generate reclasses and facilitate approving cost to reclass. Provide approved reclasses to Finance
  • Close out POs via SharePoint PO Management page, Nordex ERP system and Site Planner
  • Track and maintain Single Risk Provision (SRP) costs and point of increase needed
  • Update and reconcile Major Corrective (MC) Budget vs Actuals File for Bucket funds used
  • Review and have a high-level understanding of Cost After Completion Balance Spend Report
  • Create working papers to analyze, investigate and understand Operations Profit/Loss variances between forecast to forecast, actuals to budget and full-year actuals to budget.
  • Maintain and update Service Financial P&L site tabs focusing on global categorization and short explanation. Updating Regional (CSO) tab with high dollar drivers
  • Update Business Review PowerPoint slides with snippets according to guidelines
  • Facilitate working sessions with sites to explain analysis of P&L variances
  • Participate in Business reviews with Director and Service Controller to support Area Service Managers
  • Work with regional teams ASMs/Site Managers to understand cost coverages and cost savings that can be utilized in the same period prior to PR creation

 

YOUR  PROFILE

  • 2-4 years in a cost controlling / financial analyst role
  • Knowledge of wind farm operations is a plus
