Sourcing Change Management Specialist

Your Tasks:
- Lead change management strategy and execution for OA rollout across business units.
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments to identify process, people, system, and policy implications.
- Partner with category managers, procurement operations, finance, and IT to ensure smooth adoption.
- Support Outline Agreement process design, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment in SAP.
- Ensure data readiness for OAs - vendor master, material master, pricing conditions, and validity.
- Track and report adoption KPIs, OA utilization, compliance, and process performance.
- Analyse change requests & the material in inventory & across supply chain to avoid obsolescence of materials.
- Provide hyper care and continuous support during and after rollout.
- Maintain SOPs, training materials, and change documentation.
- Analyse BOM vs. consumption at actuals and lead the change need with respective stakeholders
Your Profile:
- BE/Btech graduate in Mechanical / Electrical / Aerospace with 8+ years of experience in relevant area.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with commodity leads and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of data management principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and maintenance.
- Knowledge of sourcing processes and procedures.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
