YOUR TASKS:
- Own the AI-Guided Troubleshooting (GTS) app and related knowledge base/content management system as Business Product Owner, ensuring it delivers intuitive, intelligent support experiences for users
- Act as the primary key user and subject matter expert of the GTS app, translating user feedback and operational needs into actionable product enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—IT, service engineering, regional support, and training—to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the GTS app
- Drive the governance and lifecycle management of the knowledge base, ensuring content is AI-optimized, structured, and continuously updated
- Facilitate collaboration across service regions, departments, and teams to ensure that the GTS app is being used effectively
- Build and lead a knowledge community within Nordex Service to promote continuous knowledge documentation and GTS app usage
- Monitor and analyze usage data and performance metrics to guide product decisions and demonstrate business impact.
YOUR PROFILE - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project or product management, ideally in AI, digital tools, or knowledge management environments
- Strong understanding of AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, recommendation systems) and their application in support or service contexts
- Experience with content management systems, knowledge bases, and digital service platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
- Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation, user experience, and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with the wind energy sector or industrial service environments is a plus
