- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
- Host in-house recruitment events
- Discuss employees career development paths with managers
- Review departmental budgets
- Organize learning and development program, Employee Life cycle Management
- Ensure P&C staff addresses employees request and grievances in a timely manner
- Mainly P&C Procedures that comply with labor regulations
- Bridging gap between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Training & Development, Payroll and P&C business partnering for Corporate.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Assess training needs to apply and monitor training program.
- Report to Centre Head/Director Engineering and provide decision support through P&C metrics reporting to Director P&C India.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout P&C management.
- Handling the team of 4 to 6 people.
