General Description:
Responsible for Placing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining our inventory levels.
Your Task:
- Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers
- Ensure accurate and timely order placement.
- Order Tracking & Follow-up.
- Monitor order status, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding order progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
- Resolve any supplier-related issues (e.g., quality problems, delivery delays)
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock to meet production demands
- Identify and address potential inventory issues (e.g., stockouts, excess inventory)
- Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials meets specifications.
- Address any quality issues with suppliers
- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Knowledge of MRP Process.
- Proficiency in using SAP systems
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / MBA
- 5+ Years of Industrial Experience in SCM Purchase
