Senior Engineer - New Product Implementation

Your Tasks:

  • Be part of the global NPI team as part of R&D Team, process responsible for the different Blade manufacturing processes, Process development of new blade projects, Prototyping, Zeroseries, Production Roll out internationally.
  • Preparation/ review of specifications, process documentations, BOM, VSM, man power allocation
  • Developing decision matrix for new design of product and process, preparation of test documentation, conducting (physical execution)trials, preparation of test reports;
  • Alignment with internal stakeholders in development projects in the area of defined responsibility (Blade engineering, QA, Tooling, R&D, NPI) on all necessary changes,
    supervision of production/ development process
  • Alignment with external stakeholders in development projects/ roll out projects in the area of defined responsibility on all necessary changes, supervision of production / development process

 

Your Profile:

  • Formation on technician level is mandatory, Engineering degree for process, production, composites, aeronautics is mandatory
  • Office package, Teamcenter, AutoCAD 2D ( optional CATIA, Siemens NX), Blueprint interpretation, Pedagogical capacity, Team management and conflict resolution
  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in boat building, manufacturing of composite structures(Blades, civil) Hand layup, VART, RIM, working with Epoxid, Polyester
  • Minimum 8 years as engineer in maximum 3 different companies at Composite industry
    (marine, civil, blades) (aeronautic composites will not be considered)
    from 8 years at least 4 years acting in 2 of the following 3 areas: (Participation of new product developments, roll out of new products internationally, responsible process engineer in a production facility with focus on HSE, quality, costs and CT)
  • Willingness for business travel (Domestic & International) - 6months per year, 3-6weeks on a row.
