Tasks:
- Development and optimization of decoupling elements/solutions for wind turbine drivtetrain components.
- Development and optimization of anti-vibration measures for wind turbine drivetrains. Analysis and simulation of vibrations in wind turbines. Carrying out tests and quality controls on decoupling components.
- Validation of efficiency of anti-vibration measures.
- Collaborate with external suppliers for elastomer parts and anti-vibration devices.
- Documentation of component requirements and specifications
- Preparation of test report
Profile:
- Experience in the development and application of vibration decoupling components, ideally in the wind industry.
- Knowledge of vibration analysis and material simulation, e.g. using FEA (finite element analysis) and/or MBS (multi body simulation).
- Practical experience in conducting field tests and analyzing operational data. Experience with test and measurement procedures for the analysis of vibrations and material properties.
- Ideally experience and deep knowledge about elastomer elements (e.g. rubber-metal components) for decoupling solutions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of English, as cooperation with international partners is frequent.
